Giving is an act of worship and a tangible expression of our trust in God! Throughout Scripture, believers are called to give faithfully and generously as a way of honoring the Lord and supporting the work of His church.

At River Valley Church, we believe that everything we have ultimately belongs to God. When we give our tithes and offerings, we are acknowledging His provision, trusting Him with our resources, and partnering together to advance the mission of the Gospel.

The Bible teaches that giving should be done with a willing and joyful heart. As followers of Christ, we give not out of obligation, but out of gratitude for all that God has done for us. Scripture reminds us in 2 Corinthians 9:7 that “God loves a cheerful giver.” Our prayer is that giving would always be an act of worship that reflects grateful hearts and faith in God’s continued provision.

Giving through the local church helps support ministry, care for people in need, and make it possible for the message of Jesus to reach our community and beyond.
