Ephesians 5: 25-33

This week, Pastor Ryan brought a powerful and challenging word from Ephesians 5:25–33—calling us to a deeper, Christ-centered understanding of love and leadership. At the heart of this passage is a beautiful picture:

Marriage is meant to reflect the relationship between Christ and His Church.

Husbands are called to love their wives sacrificially, just as Christ loved the church—laying down His life with humility, grace, and unwavering commitment. This kind of love isn’t passive—it’s intentional, selfless, and rooted in the gospel.

And through it all, we’re reminded that this passage points to something even greater… Jesus’ deep, faithful, and redeeming love for His people.

Whether married or single, this truth speaks to all of us—because we are the Church, and we are deeply loved by Him. Let’s live in a way that reflects that love in every relationship!
