Ephesians 6: 12-17
This Sunday, Pastor Ryan reminded us of a powerful truth: the battles we face are often deeper than what we can see. As believers, we are engaged in a spiritual battle—not against people, but against the forces of darkness that seek to distract, discourage, and deceive us.
In Ephesians 6:12–17, Paul calls us to put on the full armor of God so that we can stand firm in our faith. We were challenged to examine whether we are daily clothing ourselves with:
- The Belt of Truth
- The Breastplate of Righteousness
- The Gospel of Peace
- The Shield of Faith
- The Helmet of Salvation
- The Sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God
The enemy wants us to live defeated, fearful, and distracted—but God has already provided everything we need to stand strong. Victory isn’t found in our own strength; it’s found in Christ.
As you move through this week, remember: God never called you to fight spiritual battles unarmed.
Stay in His Word. Stay in prayer. Stand firm in the armor He has given you.
