Ephesians 6: 4-9

May 3, 2026    Ryan Navy

This week, Pastor Ryan brought a powerful and heartfelt message from Ephesians 6:4–9, reminding us that discipline is rooted in love.

Discipline isn’t about control—it’s about care. It’s about guiding, teaching, and shaping hearts the way God lovingly does for us. As parents, leaders, and believers, we are called to reflect His heart by correcting with grace, leading with patience, and loving with consistency.

Key takeaway:Godly discipline points people toward purpose, not punishment.

Whether in our homes, workplaces, or daily interactions, we’re challenged to lead like Christ—firm yet compassionate, intentional yet gentle.

Let’s be people who build up, not tear down… who correct with love, not frustration… and who always point others back to Jesus.
